When inspiration struck to turn the historic Tilstone House into Cheshire’s most dazzling exclusive wedding and events venue, there was one unanimous verdict: the food offer should be nothing short of spectacular.
Founded by Steven Burgess in 2011, Northern Fields quickly became renowned for its innovative and exceptional food offering. Exclusive caterers for Liverpool’s famous Camp and Furnace, dubbed ‘the second coolest restaurant in Britain’ by The Times, Northern Fields has been instrumental in transforming the food landscape of the North West. Now, its latest venture is to provide Tilstone House with a wedding catering service unlike any other.
With national and international clients, ranging from Bentley to Christian Louboutin, Northern Fields are trailblazers in ground-breaking gastronomy, offering bespoke dishes for your big day unmatched in creativity.
We spoke to Managing Director of Northern Fields, Steven Burgess, about Northern Field’s approach to catering and his thoughts about partnering with Tilstone House:
